About Daniel W. Gregg
Are your healthcare costs continuing to rise, while your quality of care and operational structure is increasingly challenged with the complexities of today’s marketplace? With 15+ years of executive/leadership experience within healthcare, these are questions and pain points that I understand and serve as the drivers for me in seeking solutions. As a passionate multidisciplinary healthcare leader, “my why” is to make a difference in this ever-changing and complex healthcare system. Healthcare continues to balance the high demands of its consumers (patients, caregivers, referring providers) and an ever-increasing workload on its clinicians. I seek to remove as much friction as possible in this dilemma by improving consumer experience; optimizing people, process, and technology while striving to remove as much inefficiency as possible in the clinician experience. Below are just some examples of how I have accomplished this balance: · Partner collaboratively with clinical operations to accomplish mutual goals to increase efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance consumer experience · Increase first call resolution by developing guided scheduling / decision tree algorithm to improve scheduling accuracy while minimizing need for clinician medical review · Improve consumer experience national ranking by 15 percentage points in only 4 years · Enhance and optimize provider templates to maximize total patients scheduled while thoughtfully improving clinic workflows minimizing excess burden on clinicians · Implement a patient self-check-in process improving front desk workflows as well as patient-entered clinical data via questionnaires that integrate directly into the medical record decreasing data entry time for clinicians · Implement a referral management workflow to improve communication between referring provider and the referred to organization as well as better measure turnaround times and leakage to seek revenue enhancement opportunities As I seek new opportunities, I look forward to connecting with you to further discuss my deep understanding of healthcare operations and how I can benefit your organization.
