This is accomplished through new processes which reduce manufacturing costs as well as securing the supply chain to avoid shortages and price instability in the marketplace.In this role I serve several functions- Train scientist at all levels (grad students through senior scientists) in analytical techniques including gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, etc- Develop fit-for-purpose analytical methods for raw materials quality, reaction monitoring, and final API testing- Perform analyses of samples at all stages of pharmaceutical process development, from route scouting to demonstration batches and final product analysis- Engage in technology transfer with our sponsors and customers - Collaborate with other scientists and engineers to solve any R&D challenges that arise
