ABOUT DANIEL WAYNE
I believe strongly in providing a voice for the oppressed. I am a tenant attorney and founding partner at Wolford Wayne LLP. Our firm specializes in bringing lawsuits on behalf of tenants who have been forced out of their homes or are dealing with harassment, and/or poor living conditions. We pride ourselves on helping pursue justice for our clients. When you work with me you never have to guess which side we are on as we do NOT represent landlords - only tenants. I believe in giving back to the community to support tenants, and the legal community at large. I presently serve on the boards of the San Francisco Bar Association\'s Barristers Solo and Small Firm and Litigation Committees, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers New Trial Division. Since 2014 I have also acted as a volunteer tenant counselor with the San Francisco Tenant\'s Union. I am an active member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association, the San Francisco Tenants Bar, and the Tenants Together Network. I have also appeared on 91.7 FM KALW\'s \"Know Your Legal Rights\" Program and write columns on Tenant issues for the San Francisco Apartment Association and the website Broke Ass Stuart.I received the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service award from the San Francisco Bar Association in 2012 and in 2013, and have been named a Super Lawyer \"Rising Star\" each of the past seven years (20••••22).
