Manage internal communications strategies by developing strategic employee and executive communications plans/messages and tactical implementation on all company issues- Collaborate closely with Communications leadership and senior managers across the company to identify emergent issues and develop and lead internal and executive communication strategies to support the company’s business goals- Serve as recognized expert in employee communications issues to senior leadership- Provide communications consultation support in order to competently recommend best means to communicate targeted messages to specific audiences- Manage information flow between system companies on issues and ensure consistency of message- Ensure communication style, approach and messages are consistent with Southern Nuclear’s and Southern Company’s standards and brand- Manage company resources including budget for leadership forums and special events.
