Project manager, task manager, and field hydrogeologist on environmental and water resources projects. Experience with the North Carolina Flood Risk Information System and GIS. Overseeing project financials that included establishing project budgets, preparing invoices, reviewing monthly estimates-to-complete, and generating quarterly work forecasts. Managed both cost plus and fixed price projects with individual budgets up to $1.0 million dollars. Project planning including developing proposals, permitting and compliance, site-specific work plans, procurement of subcontractors, and working and engaging with teams for project delivery and problem solving.
