Lean Six Sigma & Agile leader with 20 years of continuous improvement, operations excellence, financial analysis, strategy, and project management experience. I help companies to improve their work, drive employee engagement, and create customer value through the application of Lean and Agile techniques, and by training and coaching your people. Early in my career I worked internationally, which made me conscious about how cultural context defines business values and customer expectations. It also forced me to be a good listener. I went to Japan to learn firsthand what makes their product quality best in the world, and I\'ve applied those learnings ever since. I\'ve built new businesses, solved challenging problems, started new initiatives to deploy Lean Six Sigma or Agile methods, and taught others how to find value.
