Creating a seamless, integrated process leverage buying power through a co-ordinated agency management strategy. Outcome -12% and savings of $1,46M over a 3-year contract. • Develop and implement plans to drive cost saving in the business through providing credible alternatives, efficiencies in procurement and cost avoidance through templating. Design and Digital savings alone was recorded at for 2017• Global lead for Print Management accross Shell covering Europe, North America and Asia. Delivering 30% cost savings for the Shell Group.• Planning & Operations – Creating data insights, translating system data into critical spend analysis allowing business to plan budgets and communications objectives throughout the year.• Vendor Management – Leading the process end to end supply chain from RFI/FRP through to setting scope of work, contracts and ongoing vendor management
