KTS is a leading technology licensor for industrial clients across polyester value chain, refining and BDO derivative sectors.• Global Pilot Plant Lead with primary responsibility for the end to end management, governance, and strategic direction of the DLE Pilot Plant programme across Europe and North America. • Fully accountable for delivering operational readiness for proof of concept testing by directing servicing activities, safeguarding mechanical integrity, coordinating comprehensive training programmes, and overseeing internal and external resource management. • Hold full cost responsibility for programme delivery, ensuring effective budget allocation, cost control, and optimisation of operational expenditure. • Lead multilevel stakeholder engagement, drives cross functional alignment, and champions innovation while shaping the long term vision for global pilot plant capability development.• Responsible for the delivery of regulatory compliance on a partner’s rPET Demonstration Unit in the Netherlands, acting as the central coordination point between operations teams, contractors, and third party specialists to ensure cohesive programme and project delivery. • Provide clear direction and oversight of the operations resource to align day to day activities with regulatory and project requirements. • Lead the project management of compliance and inspection workstreams by developing and executing robust inspection schemes with reputable external providers, ensuring full legal compliance and sustained operational integrity. • Responsible for the delivery of a new pilot facility for deployment in the United States, managing a $5 million budget with full responsibility for schedule, cost, and design execution while directing geographically dispersed internal teams. Overseeing third party engineering and fabrication partners and coordinating closely with regulatory SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure compliance, alignment and timely delivery.
