About Jessie Daniels

Bringing a deep understanding of global policies and markets as well as a discerning eye for political posturing, I use rigorous analytical and engaging storytelling skills to help develop initiatives and navigate them through ever-changing landscapes – while always remembering that it\'s about the people you impact. With a foundation in public policy gleaned from working in the U.S. Senate and with our foreign allies, I enjoy taking a leading role in projects that will advance important issues. For example, as a Security Fellow in the Truman National Security Project and a former Communications Director for the organization\'s New York Chapter, I have helped execute Truman\'s scaling up into a premier nationwide advocacy and training organization for the next generation of foreign policy leaders, primed to leave a long-term imprint on the nation\'s foreign policy discussion. My expertise also involves turning complicated information into a cohesive narrative that can be strategically communicated to target audiences and influencers. My work has been featured in outlets like Quartz and The Guardian. I also help other people tell their stories. Leveraging my skills and experience across sectors, I work with the Kicking + Screening Soccer Film Festival to identify trends and find partnerships that will further expand its fan base and grow the strong sense of community it has already established among soccer fans in New York City.
