As part of Innovobot’s ecosystem partnership with MotionLab Berlin, I mentor startups in the HardTech Innovation Accelerator, guiding them through the intricacies of product development with a focus on hardtech, design thinking, and user-centered research. This program empowers startups to transform innovative concepts into market-ready products by equipping them with the insights and support needed to overcome early-stage challenges. In my mentorship role, I work closely with teams to help set up their roadmaps and outline essential milestones and phases for taking a product from concept to commercialization. I guide startups in navigating the stages of a pre-seed journey, focusing on the purpose of different validation phases and strategies for securing customer traction. By understanding how to acquire their first customers and maintain momentum, startups can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
