ABOUT DANIEL SHERIDAN

I\'m passionate about building a new type of agile agency and bringing brilliant people on the journey with me.Having evolved my work as an independent consultant, I founded Duo at the beginning of 2022. We\'re a go-to PR & Comms agency for ambitious UK and global brands, supporting clients across corporate, B2B and tech comms briefs.I cut my teeth in a top London agency, followed by in-house comms leadership roles in Asia and the UK. My ambitious vision is to now grow a high quality agency powered by a highly talented and experienced team of self-employed senior consultants. I\'m building a supportive culture where consultants can thrive and do the best work of their careers for clients they love, while balancing their time across their own client work and personal commitments and interests.Outside of work, I\'m a husband and very proud dad to three little ones. I love to be active. My background from the British Army informs my leadership style - being able to perform under pressure and bring a high performance team together, harnessing specific consultant strengths to the benefit of our clients.I\'m a big believer in hybrid work and it\'s important to me that Duo has an office as this is where relationships are strengthened and new ideas emerge. But we\'re not looking to recreate the sweatshop of a big PR agency. Duo is a place for those passionate about comms and wanting to put into play the best of everything learnt in their careers.Our clients span a host of UK organisations, as well as international businesses landing and expanding in the UK and EMEA. We help Marketing, Communications and Executive Leaders to deliver high-performing public relations that builds profile, enhances business reputation, and boosts growth.
