A dedicated team leader whose built experience building teams from-scratch to deliver new products from idea-inception through to production.→ Grown team from infancy into a full-fledged multidisciplinary team building a multilingual social-vertical app within the cycling space.→ Built an OTT Live Broadcasting app from scratch operating at a global scale in over 172 countries and 21 languages.→ Built a product platform supporting data science teams, data analyses teams, backend development and user-facing functionality.→ Worked closely with key stakeholders and project managers to deliver products as well as key system maintenance and security enhancements.→ Worked closely with Warner Bros Discovery InfoSec teams to ensure systems remain secure and user data is safe.→ Worked closely with Warner Bros Discovery privacy and legal teams to ensure user data is stored in a compliant way that adheres to local and global law.→ Worked on several system integration projects after multiple mergers and acquisitions (Discovery International, Warner Brothers Discovery). Managed migrations from legacy technology onto proprietary systems to enhance user experience and security.→ Managed development teams through the entire product life cycle from idea inception through to design, development and eventual shutdown.
