ABOUT DANIEL SCHNEIDERMAN
I am a trial attorney, personal injury lawyer, business owner, wanna-be writer, and 3D printing hobbyist.I probably should have been a doctor, like my dad (orthopedic spine surgeon), mom (pediatrician), and brother (orthopedic-trauma surgeon)(my sis, the real smart one is an MBA). But the courtroom called to me. I have always been fascinated by trials and those participating in them. I found a love for it before my career really ever started, and I have never looked back. I was meant to be a trial attorney, and I have built my career around providing dedicated, transparent, and passionate advocacy for victims in the field of personal injury.I began my career as a Deputy District Attorney in Sacramento, CA, eventually leaving to start my practice in personal injury and general civil litigation. As a trial attorney, I have handled numerous complex, high-stakes civil and injury cases, achieving millions in results for my clients through trial, arbitration, and settlement in state and federal court. Since then I have had the opportunity to start several businesses, represent hundreds of clients, and enjoy everything my home state of California has to offer.As the owner and principal attorney of Schneiderman Trial Attorneys, my primary practice involves representing plaintiffs involved in personal injury disputes through mediation, arbitration, or trial in both state and federal court. My clients are individuals that have been injured or wronged due to the fault of another, and are in or anticipate litigation for personal injury-related matters. My specialty areas include matters involving traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death.When I am not working you can usually find me trying to get to the beach for a surf, hanging out with my wife Vicki, two kids, and our two pets (a crazy cat and an English Bulldog), trying to invent or 3D print something in my garage, golfing, trying to write, fishing with my pops, or laying in my hammock in the backyard.
