Shelf Stable Brands – Sales of $113M in 2024 Major Brands include: PAM Cooking Sprays, Mrs. Butterworth’s Syrup, Wish-Bone Salad Dressings, Vlasic Pickles, etc. • Manage multiple aspects of the P&L- Final say on all pricing negotiations between Sales force and operators (restaurants, schools, hospitals, etc.); ensure profitability targets are met (preferably exceeded) for new or re-enrolled contracts - Adjust listed product prices as needed, accounting for macroeconomic factors (inflation, tariffs, and raw material costs)- Determine how and when allotted marketing budget will be spent over the course of the fiscal year; strategically invested majority of funds into the launch of seven new cooking sprays (Fall 2025)• Play key role in Supply Chain Management- Final say on production schedule and distribution of items; work hand in hand with Demand and Supply planning- Head quick reaction team when selling to FEMA, American Red Cross, and other disaster relief groups• Oversee product catalog- Develop innovation pipeline for the next three years; utilize market research and business acumen to identify high value “white spaces” that drive top/bottom line growth- Work hand-in-hand with Sysco, US Foods, and others to deliver requested private label items • Actively involved within the organization- Serve as Vice Chair of the planning committee for Conagra’s National Foodservice Meeting; a three-day annual event where over 100 individuals participate in educational and strategic exercises - Member of the: Internship Buddy Program (guide college students for 12 weeks), Conagra Young Professionals Network (attend speaker series and networking events), and Foodservice Social Planning Committee (team building activities)
