6 months spent in the Solihull Business unit gaining an understanding of each department and how they each play their role in achieving success for the Business- 6 months in the Warwick Business, doing a detailed rotation in the Technical department, experiencing a range of Engineering and Planning issues- I then moved to Cardiff for a further 6 months, working in the Land and Planning team. This gave me a deeper understanding of the different planning and technical constraints faces by the Welsh arm of the business- Currently working in the Land team in the Warwick business unit.
