Purchase 100%/ majority stakes in Texas-based small businesses: We are experienced acquisitions and operations professionals who are looking to grow good businesses to the next stage. Our Texas-based focus means that we\'re sticking to the geography where we have great contacts, great vendors, and can create a virtuous cycle of business for the whole portfolio. Our operations focus means that we\'re looking to build up sustainable companies that can outlast all of us: Small businesses based in Texas who meet our 3 basic criteria:#1 - Sales generally between $1 million and $30 million. Sometimes we go higher. Less frequently we go lower. But 1-30 is the sweet spot, so to speak.#2 - Sales come primarily from Business-to-Business sales. Our experience is in BtoB and we like to stay within the guardrails of where we can be most successful.#3 - Profitable. We buy healthy companies that are successful and profitable, but whose entrepreneurial owners are looking to make a transition. We don\'t do startups. We don\'t do rehabs.
