I am an IP Litigation Associate with 7+ years of experience litigating patent, trademark, and trade secret cases in district court and at the Federal Circuit. I have nearly a decade of experience as a Research Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, with numerous patents to crystalline forms of commercial drug products. My primary interests are in pharmaceutical patent law, trademarks, trade secret protection, and data privacy. I maintain an active pro bono practice assisting immigrants and asylees in obtaining permanent legal residence and helping veterans obtain critical benefits.
