WORK HISTORY
Partner @The Moment
Toronto, ON, CA
Co-founded and grew a CX transformation consultancy focused on helping large enterprises build genuinely customer-centric organizations, not just better experiences on paper, but new ways of working that put the customer journey at the centre of how the business actually runs.I lead the business side (growth, operations, client relationships) while also leading engagements hands-on. That dual perspective shapes how I think about this work: strategy means nothing if it doesn\'t translate into how teams actually serve customers day to day.I personally lead multi-year enterprise accounts across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector, generating multi-million dollar revenue. Our engagements integrate journey management, customer research, and organizational change, which in practice means understanding how customers actually experience an organization, then helping firms restructure how they design, deliver, and continuously improve that experience.I co-developed our signature methodology, Insight to Impact, built from 20+ years of real-world enterprise projects. It was designed to solve a tension I see repeatedly: large organizations need scalable, repeatable methods to operationalize customer centricity, but every organization is different. The framework gives us a proven approach that flexes to each context while delivering consistent, measurable outcomes. What has become clear over years of doing this work is that the biggest barriers to better customer experience are rarely technical. They\'re organizational. Silos between functions are what keep firms from acting on the insights they already have. Our job is to help leaders see that and build new ways of working that put the customer journey at the centre of how the business runs.

ABOUT DANIEL ROSE
I\'m part strategist, part builder, part entrepreneur, and I\'ve spent the last 20 years doing work that sits at the intersection of all three. As co-founder of The Moment, I\'ve led some of Canada\'s most complex CX transformation engagements, working embedded inside global enterprises across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector. I don\'t just design better experiences. I help organizations build the internal capability to sustain them. Here\'s what I\'ve learned: the frameworks and the research are rarely the hard part. The hard part is the people. Getting transformation to stick means changing how teams make decisions, how they collaborate across functions, and what they hold themselves accountable for. That\'s not just a CX initiative. It\'s a leadership challenge and a change exercise. And I\'ve found that the people inside the organization going through that shift deserve just as much empathy as the customers they\'re trying to serve. I\'ve developed a methodology for this, the Insight to Impact approach, anchored by a Pathway Discovery process that helps me understand an organization\'s culture, maturity, and decision-making dynamics before charting a path forward. It\'s repeatable but never rote. Every organization is different. My focus is always the same: understand what customers actually need, design something that holds up under real conditions, and make it stick across teams, functions, and time. What I bring: enterprise CX transformation, journey management as an operating model, executive stakeholder facilitation, cross-functional alignment, and 20+ years of helping large organizations become genuinely customer-centric in practice, not just on paper.
