   Leading cross-functional team of developers, researchers, QA, and SRE to deliver personalization and recommendation ML features at scale to 30m+ devices across U.S, Canada, and U.K. Transformed squad to agile practices and methodology. Focused on supporting individual contributors and finding growth opportunities. Coordinating closely with variety of stakeholders, such as leaders of other technical teams, product management, research CoE participants, reliability engineers, and security teams. Delivered rollout of North American features to Sky in EU, doubling business value of our team\'s work. As part of this effort, replatformed infrastructure code, service code, and training code to allow for code to be written once and automatically deployed to North American and EU architectures that run on AWS accounts. Moved manual Databricks data preparation and training jobs to a source-controlled pipeline, enabling better collaboration and similtaneous deployment to Comcast and Sky infrastructures. Led squad as we delivered versatile and scalable framework for A/B testing a wide variety of the product features we manage. Coaching researchers as they develop new deep learning models, and engineers as they develop new core ML features and business-driven experiences.
