I\'ve spent the last 10+ years turning analytics from \"that would be nice to have\" into \"we can\'t run the business without it.\"At HomeRiver Group, I re-built our analytics function from the ground up. What started as scattered spreadsheets and ad-hoc reports became the KPIs that now drive daily operations across the organization. Within my first few months, I automated $75k worth of manual work annually and cut reporting time by 95%. More importantly, my team has made data something operations managers actually wanted to use instead of avoided.Before that, I did something similar at American Airlines. Maintenance planning was drowning in manual processes, so I introduced Tableau and Alteryx. The reporting I built became the gold standard for determining whether a maintenance event was ready to go. I became a go-to SME across the entire airline for both tools—running training sessions, leading user groups, and helping teams figure out how to actually use their data.Here\'s what I\'m really good at: taking organizations where analytics is someone\'s side project and making it central to how they make decisions. I don\'t just build dashboards—I build the whole ecosystem: the governance, the processes, the team structure, the culture shift that makes people trust and use the data.My toolkit: Tableau, Alteryx (Designer Advanced certified), SQL across multiple platforms, and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from ASU. I\'ve managed teams, led offshore development groups, and worked across industries from aviation to healthcare to real estate. Turns out the fundamentals of good analytics don\'t change much whether you\'re tracking airplane parts or rental properties.I love helping organizations figure out how to actually use their data to make better decisions.
