Completed strategic review and capability assessment of the Supply Chain and led the development of a new Target Operating Model. Subsequently defined and mobilised the supply chain transformation programme, gaining board-level approval for significant investment. Accountabilities: • Governance and leadership of the Programme through the delivery lifecycle with COO sponsorship, and Exec level SteerCo\'s and reporting • Creating and maintaining the programme business case and budget management • Leadership of the Programme, Project and PMO teams managing the delivery • Ownership and responsibility for the supply chain solution design activity and leadership of the Product Owners and BA team • working closely with senior Operating Unit stakeholders to ensure the supply chain strategy aligns with the Business Units strategy and financial plans Key Deliverables: • Replace all current supply chain operational systems with a single integrated platform creating one view of materials and supply chain activity for the group • Consolidate our physical infrastructure into a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility that will service all current propositions and provide capability for the new products and propositions • Introduce robust asset tracking and digital van stock management to provide greater visibility and control over materials usage and working capital in the field across circa engineers, and enable the use of analytics to optimise inventory and drive the highest possible first-time fix rates • Digitising and standardising how multiple operating units interact and use the group supply chain to drive improvement in user experience, and operational efficiencies and enable Centrica to better leverage purchasing power and working capital
