   One of the leaders of the Techstars DeepTech Investment team. After moving into the Manager role I have taken full ownership of the sourcing process and taken a more significant role in mentoring the founders. • I have completely revamped and productized DeepTech sourcing. With the knowledge I gained sourcing for 50+ programs, I have created a scalable and repeatable process to create a strong investment thesis, generate a large number of intentional leads, efficiently vet through those leads, concisely gather and store data, track leads through the funnel, and select a final class. • Responsible for training associates and other members of the team on how to source within the developed framework. • Added and mentored 30+ companies to the Techstars DeepTech portfolio spanning industries such as Clean Energy, Robotics, AI, Mobility, Advanced Manufacturing, and Climate Tech • Able to mentor founders in many areas, with specific strategic expertise around Core Value Identification, Customer Discovery, Pitch Building, Use Case Scaling, Revenue Formulas, and KPIs.
