My journey has taken me through some of the most renowned companies in the sector, including my recent role at Stellantis, born from the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the PSA group. My diverse experience during my tenure includes leadership roles in marketing, distribution, and sales. Some examples of achievements include the following:As Marketing Manager, I crafted the November 2023 regional incentive plan. I implemented a dynamic strategy within a $40mm annual budget, leading to the first year-over-year sales growth in 18 months. I also established an Electric Vehicle (EV) Expert training program, leading to the team’s 100% achievement of EV Expert status. In my Distribution Manager role, I led 14 Area Managers to surpass 100% of scheduled allocations from January to October 2023, achieving medal-worthy performance against 9 Business Centers in April, July, August, September, and October. As a Metro Area Sales Manager for the Greater Pittsburgh Region, I implemented digital retail solutions at 16 dealerships, driving a 2.96% return on sales in July 2020, up 1.61 points year over year. I also provided strategic sales and marketing consultation, increasing retail sales market share to 15.0% in February 2022, up 3.3 points month-over-month and 2.1 points above the 6-state Mid-Atlantic average.My academic credentials include an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, two bachelor’s degrees in management and finance, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
