Prior to the technology sector, I was a U.S. diplomat with 15+ years’ experience translating international economic policy and political trends into strategic business insights. I excel at forging strategic partnerships and engaging stakeholders across U.S. government agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, and Fortune 100 corporations. Across my career, I have leveraged financial expertise, including P/E ratio analysis and due diligence, to identify emerging opportunities in complex global environments. My deep understanding of public policy, International Trafficking in Arms Regulations, the U.S. Munitions List, and the Defense Export Control and Compliance System facilitates U.S. government licensing for million-dollar defense technology deals, including with Ukraine and Morocco. Reorganization restored commercial viability making it 1 of largest exporters of ammonia and urea. • Provided critical regulatory guidance, fostered relationships with officials, and led public relations efforts, supporting $100M tech investment in Morocco\'s data center value chain.• Facilitated introduction, negotiations, and $1.5M sale of military equipment and technology to Ukrainian forces. Collaborated with customer and US military to finalize government-to-government agreement, licensing, transport, and delivery.
