I co-chair our Business Development Committee (tracking OKRs/KPIs) and partner with cross-functional teams from Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Medical & Commercial to advance high impact projects.Core responsibilities- Search & Evaluation / Due Diligence: Coordinate end to end scientific, IP, and commercial diligence on in-licensing, acquisition, and partnership opportunities to inform go/no go decisions- Preclinical Pipeline Development: Build and advance hemato-oncology programs - plan IND enabling studies, craft TPPs/study protocols, and secure R&D alliances- Alliance Management & Governance: Represent pharma & on Joint Steering and Operations Committees, overseeing KPIs, budgets, issue resolution, and contractual compliance- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Assist with structuring and negotiating licensing, sponsored-research and joint-development agreements, aligning risk mitigation with strategic goals- Commercial Due Diligence & Competitive Intelligence: Develop market sizing and revenue forecast models, and map competitive landscapes (organizational/pipeline level)Currently also working on my Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
