ABOUT DANIEL NAGY
I help people and organizations grow through capacity development, digital learning, career development, and knowledge management. My work sits at the intersection of people, systems, and impact, building inclusive learning ecosystems that enables volunteers and staff worldwide to perform better.Currently with the United Nations, I lead global learning initiatives across countries, shaping programs that strengthen volunteer capacity and drive organizational performance. I design and deliver blended learning portfolios (eCampus, Empower for Change, Connect & Learn), manage peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing for up to 600 participants per webinar, and co-create career programs (SHIFT, LeadForward, YouWeUs) that support volunteers in navigating complex career pathways. My approach blends needs assessment, facilitation, data-driven design, and digital learning innovation to maximize reach and relevance. In 2024 alone, my portfolio reached over 2,100 volunteers through workshops and virtual learning. I built the UNV Capacity Development Power BI Dashboard, streamlining monitoring and evaluation across programs, and was the UNV Employee of the Year (2023) award for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through multilingual anti-racism and anti-discrimination learning initiatives.Core skills: Learning & Development | Digital Learning Platforms | Capacity Building | Career Development | Facilitation | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)| HR Analytics (Power BI, Power Automate)| Stakeholder Engagement | Program Evaluation
