The goal is simple: clinical development today doesn’t move fast enough to serve the innovation patients need. I am changing that.My focus is on aligning teams to get better data, faster and building smarter clinical development models that speed up innovation for patients who need it most.I’ve spent my career leading oncology trials and, more recently, advancing radiopharmaceutical and theranostic programs that push the boundaries of what’s possible in cancer treatment. At BAMF Health, I helped design and scale a clinical trials platform that integrates imaging, radiopharmacy, and therapy under one roof; a model built to shorten timelines and raise quality at the same time.I’ve also worked in translational partnerships with Van Andel Institute and Stand Up To Cancer, where I’ve seen how tightly connecting preclinical discovery to trial execution can change the trajectory of development.I’m driven to evolve how we generate clinical evidence; to make it faster, more adaptive, and more meaningful for the patients who rely on it.Focus areas:• Clinical development strategy and operations• Oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, and theranostics• Translational and biomarker-driven research• Trial acceleration, adaptive design, and data quality• Building high-performing, cross-functional teams
