Developed and lead team to provide the following services to execute the portfolio: Project Management, Project Controls – Cost and Scheduling, Estimating, Procurement, Document Controls, Construction Management, Quality Control, Field Safety, Expediting, Field Material Management/ Receiving, Budgeting, and ReportingProcess Chemical Project (brownfield) – Industrial Facility Construction – Sr. PMOwner’s Representative responsible to drive execution for design and construction of an $80MM Process Chemical project. Scope included: 1) Major structural retrofit of existing pipe rack; 2) installation of new 4 story process structure; feet of pipe; process tanks /systems. Project was performed on an accelerated timeline.
