Hello world I’m a T-shaped UX practitioner bringing a global perspective to product design. Having worked in Asia and the West, I’ve learned to adapt solutions to diverse markets, user needs, and cultural nuances. My work spans from large corporations to nimble startups, and I’m passionate about translating user insights into elegant, impactful web, mobile and SaaS experiences.I combine mixed-method research with iterative prototyping to bridge user needs and business objectives. I led the redesign of a SaaS platform, boosting its conversion rate by 20%, streamlining the onboarding process; I also helped founders secure funding through an agile MVP development. Beyond hands-on design, I mentor junior designers in user research best practices, interaction design principles, and effective stakeholder communication. Fostering more cohesive, high-performing teams and a culture of continuous learning.In my free time, I enjoy learning new technologies and skills, regardless of the outcome.
