About Daniel M.

Henry Ford said it best: “Don’t find fault, find a remedy; anybody can complain.” I’m passionate about solving the problems that others complain about. I started my career with my BS in engineering thinking that engineers solve problems. I learned, though, that problems span all aspects of a business and then went back to school for my MBA to solve problems across functions. I do this as a collaborative leader adept at working across different functions, countries, and levels of the organization. I listen, analyze, communicate, build momentum, and execute impactful changes. My specialties include data management, people management, program management, and process management. I have led data governance and analysis, global teams, budget decisions, capital projects, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives with a particular emphasis on expanding profit margins.Outside of work, you\'ll find me riding bikes with my wife and kids, cooking recipes from Serious Eats and Smitten Kitchen, and honing my team building and creativity through Dungeons & Dragons adventuring with friends.
