As the Head of Developer Ecosystem Success for the Metaverse, I have the privilege of supporting a talented team dedicated to empowering developers to build, grow, and thrive on Meta\'s Metaverse platforms. Our mission is to create a seamless and supportive environment that enables developers to bring their innovative apps, worlds, and games to life, ultimately enriching the Metaverse experience for all users-As the VP, GM of Full Circle at EA, I lead a diverse and distributed team of entertainment creators to deliver the most social and connected games possible-As the General Manager of Xbox Live I’m Currently focused on growing the Xbox Live community to 100M+ users across all devices, managing a P&L of over $1B and leading a cross-discipline team of service and user experience experts.I’m passionate about many things – Gaming, technology, media, improving systems, growing leaders, finding experts, innovating, listening to customers, snowboarding, wake surfing and also winning.I’m a designer, an engineer and a leader. I help teams grow and shift to become more innovative, more agile and more inclusive of new ideas and people. This is something I love doing and have done numerous times across the company. I help incubate ideas, software, hardware, processes, V1s, V2s, anything that has to do with improving technology, process or enabling what wasn\'t previously possible. This is my passion and I’m very good at finding others who love it as much as I do.I have worked on many different types of projects including: Extremely large and complex service infrastructures, Games, Web and Software Clients to 300+ million users across the world and multiple hardware releases. I have shipped multiple 90+ rated video games, I incubated Kinect hardware, platform and games and shipped it. I incubated Hololens hardware, platform and experiences and shipped it. I now run the Xbox live team that handles scale, reliability, new social features, safety and discovery across console, PC and Mobile.I hire only the best and only those that want to live the same core values I establish in the workplace – I have shown that this works extremely well in growing and leading teams of experts while delivering amazing projects. I’m a husband, a father a gamer and I love the outdoors, I also speak fluent Spanish, French and English and love to travel.I\'m also an inventor and have 100+ patents filed with the U.S. Patent bureau across multiple projects. Mostly pertaining to VR/AR and Metaverse.
