JM Family (Southeast Toyota) Leading the teams responsible for our software platforms: Alfabet, Automation Anywhere (RPA), Filenet, Google, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Servicenow, SharePoint, Sitecore, and Slack. • I was responsible for assembling the team and partners that successfully support our platforms. • We reduced the average standing support queues from over 600 to under 30, which increased customer and team happiness. • Lead the corporate effort to move from G-Suite to O365 in under 90 days. This lead to a reduction in tools (maintenance costs) and greatly improved collaboration throughout the organization. • Introduced agile development and release processes across the platforms. This collaborative approach to working with our customers helps ensure they are getting the most significant enhancements. • Organize and run the governance meetings for the platforms. These meetings have built the vision and strategy for our platform customers\' unique needs and drives what enhancements we work on. • Reduced overall spend by over 1 million dollars by negotiating contracts and dropping support for unused licenses. • Set the overall strategy for the platforms and gained the executive buy-in.
