Responsibilities - Work closely with client account teams to ensure that there is a clear understanding of their business, culture and job roles that will be resourced- Working to specific performance targets across all major KPI\'s (CV submissions, interviews, deals)- Ensure the most appropriate database search and all internal and external adverts are actioned and telephone suitable candidates on the resulting search to qualify availability, suitability and commitment- Identify potential candidates for clients that you support using LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing tools- Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database via Avature- Ensure the candidate understand the on boarding process for Pontoon this includes; pre employment screening, contract generation, timesheet process and payment terms. Where appropriate introduce the candidate to specific CLT member via email or phone introduction.
