I lead the Global offshore operations of my organization- Consolidated Analytics Inc, a California headquartered Mortgage Services Company. We are a leading full suite Mortgage Services Company. Our services Due Diligence Underwriting Operations (Loan Reviews for the Secondary Market), Post Close-Audit Operations (Fulfilment Services), Valuation Support Services (For Appraisal Management Companies), Offshore Vendor Management Services, REO Support Services (Asset Management, Property Preservation Services) and Default Servicing. I was instrumental in setting up two large operations in India, one in Chennai and another one in Pune for Consolidated Analytics.I have a Global MBA degree from the London School of Business & Finance specializing in Management Consulting. My Dissertation was titled \"The Role of Cross-Cultural intelligence in Outsourced Call Center Environment: Specific to American- Indian context\". The findings of the research provides insights for Human Resources personnel of large multinationals whose workforce comprise of American and Indian nationals in the areas of Leadership, Team building, Rewards and Recognition, Conflict Resolution Management and Time Management as perceived by each cultural group (namely the Americans and the Indians) and how their corresponding actions affects the outcome of a project or business engagement.
