   Selected as a Fellow for the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF).The Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF) is dedicated to assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) veterans in transitioning from elite military service into elite organizations.SOTF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing best-in-class training, education, and business connectivity for the military’s most elite Special Operators.Since its inception in 2013, SOTF has provided tailored support through a comprehensive four-phase program that includes business and aptitude testing, executive coaching, and mentorship. The foundation’s mission is to translate the unique skills and leadership qualities of SOF members into valuable assets for top-performing companies, ensuring a seamless and rewarding transition to civilian life.SOTF focuses on matching elite talent from the Special Operations community with high-performing companies in the US.The program provides 1:1 executive coaching and business connectivity to help our Fellows identify, prepare, and execute their transition plans. We facilitate unique interactive workshops for Fellows with top-tier business leaders to meet and explore career opportunities.
