Real Estate professional with 13 years of experience in Retail, Residential, and Mixed-Use Development.I managed the development of a $200M+, 420-unit, multi-phase, master-planned community consisting of five 4-6 storey apartments incl. mixed-use retail, and shared amenities in Colwood, BC. I led the overall Development Permit (DP) process from initial concept inception to approval, and completed all subdivision requirements incl. servicing agreements, survey, and shared easements. I achieved Building Permit (BP) for Phase 1 (69 units), co-led drawing development through IFT and IFC, and construction completion of the parkade, retail podium, and prefab wood-frame. I also oversaw planning and IFT building drawing completion for Phase 2 (94 units) alongside Construction Manager, and completed application requirements for BC Housing Construction Financing.I led a Rezoning and DP process from concept inception to approval in Gibsons, BC. Coordinated environmental remediation leading to approval of the Certificate of Compliance, and a Development Agreement with the Municipality for a 2-phase/160-unit mixed-use residential community with a $70M+ project value.In collaboration with the construction and consultant team, brought the award-winning Commons at Royal Bay shopping centre to completion sf) in Colwood, BC. I negotiated, secured, and coordinated all the CRU leasing and Tenant handovers with major national and international retailers including Starbucks, Scotiabank, Acera Insurance, Pure Pharmacy, Next Level Childcare, Subway, Noodlebox, and Barburrito as well as local Dental and Counselling service providers.I participated in over sf of commercial development approvals for major national and international tenants across Western Canada (AB, BC, SK, and MB) generating upwards of $9.5M in annual NOI for one of Canada\'s largest REITs.
