She brings deep experience across all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, syndications, capital raising, title review and defense, leasing, financing, entitlements, development, and easements. Danielle represents both developers and financial institutions in construction financing transactions—understanding deals from both the borrower and lender perspective.Beyond her real estate practice, Danielle counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of industries, providing guidance through every stage of the transaction lifecycle — from initial structuring through post-closing corporate governance and commercial contracting.
