I am currently stepping into a new role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Saint Francis Health System, where I look forward to deepening my expertise in strategic HR partnership, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness within a dynamic healthcare environment.As a Human Resources Generalist II supporting over 700 employees, I have a proven track record in compliance, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. At Kelvion, Inc, I ensured adherence to HR policies and regulations including EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and DOL standards at local, federal, and global levels. I implemented learning and development programs, modernized communication platforms, and integrated HRIS solutions to improve efficiency. I led employee relations initiatives, conducted investigations, and advised leadership on disciplinary actions and workforce planning. I managed the full recruitment lifecycle for over 200 roles across departments, driving strategic talent acquisition. My attention to detail and organizational skills support effective management of confidential personnel data throughout the employee lifecycle, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.I am currently entering my final year at Fort Hays State University, pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management while working full-time. While working 20 hours weekly in the HR office, I gained hands-on experience in payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. I served as Interim HR Recruiting Specialist from February to June 2022. I was also a three-year member and outreach coordinator for the Crimson and Gold Dance Team, balancing academics, athletics, and work through strong time management.During my internship at Spirit AeroSystems, I contributed to community engagement, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. I organized a volunteer fair to strengthen company-community relations, promote employee engagement, and support talent retention.
