   In my role at PrismHR, I have spearheaded the implementation of a new marketplace platform that replaced outdated systems and improved partner integrations. This initiative resulted in a 5x increase in traffic within the first six months. I also took have taken charge of optimizing partner content and resources, ensuring easy access for internal teams. My involvement in conferences further strengthened our market presence and engagement with customers and partners. I continue to work with internal teams on improving partner and sales related processes including researching, analyzing and training on AI tools and technology as well as rolling out new features and functionality related to the marketplace.
