About Danielle Sparacino
Fourth Year Pre-Law student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. With hands-on experience in bankruptcy law, legal research and writing, legal operations, and the role of AI in legal settings, I bring a strong understanding of how law intersects with business and technology. I most recently served as a Bankruptcy Law Intern at Van Horn Law Group, where I supported Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases through direct client communication, accounting operations, and marketing strategies in a fast-paced legal environment. I reconciled trustee accounts and improved billable-hour tracking through the implementation of AI legal software. I also worked as a Legal Research Intern for the UF Student Legal Services department, conducting research in legal issues regarding cryptocurrency and AI in law firms, concluding the internship with a detailed research paper.Outside of my work experiences, I served as the Vice President of Finance for Sigma Kappa and currently as the Consulting Project Manager for UF CAP Mentors. I’ve developed a robust foundation in financial oversight, strategic project management, and analytical decision-making.
