ABOUT DANIELLE SKOWRONEK
I’m a strategic operator and CoS who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and clarity into progress. At Under Armour, I run the Office of the President for the Americas, lead our Americas Leadership Team, and ensure our executives stay aligned, informed, and moving decisively.I drive our regional operating rhythm, partner across functions to translate our 3-Year and 5-Year strategies into action, and shape the internal and external narratives that matter from Board updates to QBRs and annual planning. I also lead a team dedicated to keeping leaders operating at their best, both day-to-day and at the enterprise level. My career began in strategic project management, and that experience still shapes how I work: adaptable, impact-driven, proactive, and grounded in the belief that preparation creates confidence. Becoming a Chief of Staff taught me the essence of the role, influence without ego, trust over visibility, and doing whatever it takes to make my leader and leadership team successful.I’m PMP and Scrum certified, with a track record of steering complex programs that turn strategy into results. Before becoming Chief of Staff, I led Project Ascend, a retail-floor and assortment redesign that reduced SKUs by 30% and rolled out fleet-wide with profitable results. I also oversaw the project management of Under Armour’s most experiential store to date, our Campus Store, delivered on time, within budget, and designed for the athlete.I lead with Accountability, Reason, and Fairness, keeping my side of the street clean, grounding decisions in clarity before emotion, and evaluating situations with balance and context. Everyone is human first, not just a teammate, and when you treat people with fairness, approach situations reasonably, and hold yourself and others accountable, you create a culture where people want to show up, do their best, and be part of the mission.Areas of Strength Executive Office Leadership: Operating rhythm, leadership team orchestration, and senior executive partnering Strategic Planning & Execution: 3YP/5YP translation and decision frameworks Communication & Narrative Development: Board materials, leadership reviews, and executive storytelling Cross-Functional Influence: Guiding teams through complexity with clarity, trust, and forward momentumWhen I’m Not WorkingYou’ll find me baking (my monthly dessert bar is becoming a thing), exploring new cities, getting in a solid workout, or blissfully lost in a great book.
