How might we improve customer and employee satisfaction? What would it take to make things just a little bit better? I\'m a Santa Barbara-based designer and consultant dedicated to helping brands grow while improving their digital experiences, and I\'m constantly asking questions like this. I’m inspired by curiosity and a sense of wonder, which, through structured observation and inquiry, develops that into a sound, strategic process. I’m willing to ask the big questions and find answers. If there’s a different or better way to do something, I’m committed to uncovering it, always measuring its effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative testing. I’ve worked with small teams in big ways as a UX Designer for many years. I\'ve learned to become effective at consulting with stakeholders and decision makers to align objectives and find insights and make recommendations towards the goals we set. I deliver visual solutions appropriate for each stage of development and am skilled in measuring and testing for effectiveness at each stage of iteration. As someone with a strong background in print and digital design, I’ve been referred to as a craftsman because of my keen eye and attention to detail.
