I was recruited to lead strategy, design, development and deployment of global Knowledge Management (KM) programs and infrastructure enterprise-wide for this leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. I focused on building collaborative relationships globally and partnering with internal and external IT resources to drive digital transformation, optimize processes and drive long-term KM deployment plan to optimize sales enablement, revenue generation, business insights and process automation.I developed an innovative strategic plan for enterprise knowledge sharing leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics and built KM standards, content strategy and KM ecosystem governance, as well as brand aligned knowledge repositories and search optimization tools. I was also a member of the testing and pilot team for MS Co-Pilot integration focused on process automation and leveraging AI to improve user experience, including scalability and data consumption.
