ABOUT DANIELLE R.

In college, I was motivated by planning organization, software applications, and problem solving. My early career took a different path, though, exploring my passion for people. I have recently been able to combine these passions into Project Management. I love to dig into issues and solve them using an analytical approach with learning, resources and investigations. My hunger to provide the best experience to the teams has contributed to my ability to create meaningful and useful automations, processes and workflows. My background in human resources provides understanding and direction to deliver the best results on schedule and on time. I have found that using some of the principles of project management has been successful in executing department goals more effectively. In my career I have supported the c-suite to the individual contributor. I have extensive experience developing and executing people operations strategies that align with the company and department goals and objectives. My goal is to remove the stressors and unnecessary tasks to allow people to do what they do best. In addition, I strive to fully evaluate the request and go above expectations to deliver the best results, not simply check the box. I seek to consistently grow personally and professionally. I strongly believe in the power of communication and collaboration; every voice in the room has value. By executing mindfulness and compassion, I find success among teams and projects.
