ABOUT DANIELLE PEARSON

Now more than ever, companies are under increased pressure to respond to rapid change. I am passionate about helping businesses solve the complex problems these changes unearth. For example, I have helped large scale organisations re-design their customer service offerings, increasing customer channels via chat bot offerings. I started my consulting career with Accenture in their Cloud First practice, focussing largely on project planning and delivery with a focus on customer experience. I have a breadth of experience across multiple industries, both nationally and internationally. In addition, I have experience of in-house consulting within an educational NGO setting, supporting strategy development and monitoring and evaluation.
