About Danielle Clark
I\'m a problem solver that loves a challenge. My appreciation for science manifested in me choosing Materials Engineering at the University of British Columbia for my degree. While working through school and internships, I realized I’m a people-person at heart with a passion for studying humans and facilitation. I discovered product design and fell in love with the integration of the human perspective into technical design. Outside of work and school, I am always looking to grow and improve myself. Mentorship through my current role of Design Team Lead at UBC Launch Pad has allowed me to pay it forward to younger designers. I value Tech Stewardship and am participating in Youth Climate Innovation Lab working with the Vancouver Economic Commission on understanding consumer behaviors towards sustainable home products.
