Here are some highlights my first 6 months: Grew the Construct IT Facebook page organically to followers and counting, from 500! We’ve had 2 videos hit over 1 million views & over 5.2 million views overall. Utilising and encouraging EGC content from our employees to create a consistent flow of content. I have successfully monetised the Facebook page, creating new revenue streams.
