About Danielle Akif
Born and raised right outside Philadelphia I have always had an admiration for the city. Living in South Philadelphia, I have watched the Philadelphia real estate market grow and expand. Leaving behind my career with Toll Brothers, America\'s Luxury Home Builder and Fortune 500 Company, I decided to begin helping clients buy and sell real estate in the city I love. Throughout my career I have helped clients buy and sell over 55 million dollars worth of real estate and although I specialize in new construction and investment properties, I’m here for all of your real estate needs. I pride myself on my ability to truly listen to my clients, negotiate a win-win deal on all sales, and most importantly prioritize my client\'s needs.
