Danielle McCusker is the Founder and CEO of KitchenShare, building the operating system for food entrepreneurship. KitchenShare begins with the marketplace, connecting food entrepreneurs with certified commercial kitchen space, and is expanding into the full infrastructure layer that independent food businesses need to launch, operate, and grow.Danielle creates market categories. Her career has been defined by identifying structural gaps in overlooked markets, defining the category, and building the platform infrastructure to own it. She has built technology companies from the ground up, and brings a marketer\'s discipline to every stage of company building: how a category is named, how value is communicated, how a market is entered, and how a brand earns its position. That combination of technical execution and strategic marketing instinct is how she turns white space into scalable businesses.Her 20+ years in hospitality, spanning front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate growth roles with leading hospitality groups, give her a perspective few founders in this space can claim. She has helped more than 100 food businesses launch and enter the market, with a practitioner\'s understanding of what it actually takes to build and sustain a food business.Danielle has been recognized with a Congressional Award for contributions to economic development and serves as the U.S. Representative for the World Business Angels Investment Forum, collaborating with global leaders on entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusive growth. She serves on nonprofit boards and advises early-stage startups, with a focus on underrepresented founders and community economic development.Her studies indlude Executive MBA from the University of Colorado, a Master\'s in Marketing from Regis University, and a Bachelor\'s in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado.Danielle is passionate about empowering underrepresented founders, strengthening local economies, and the occasional dance floor.
