In parallel, I bring executive coaching experience—supporting senior leaders in elevating leadership presence, communication, and accountability while navigating ambiguity and change.I have built and delivered leader enablement programs that translate into daily execution: manager development, scalable onboarding, engagement practices that convert feedback into action, and systems that make expectations visible and coaching consistent.
